Sunday Early Morning Zen Meditation at Enkouji
圓光寺 日曜早朝坐禅会
Enkouji Temple holds a seated Zen session every Sunday from 7:00 to 8:30 a.m., combining zazen, temple chores, a Zen lecture and a monk's breakfast of rice porridge. The participation fee is 2,000 yen, and a phone reservation by 5:00 p.m. the day before is required.
