Before you go

The Horikawa Waterside Revitalization Project introduced flowing water to the open canal between Imadegawa Street and Oike Street along with accessible waterside facilities. Across a project section of roughly 4.4 kilometers, flowing streams, walking paths, and benches were constructed inside the riverbed.

• Restored Canal Stream: Flowing water reintroduced to the open canal between Imadegawa and Oike Streets, accompanied by waterside amenities.
• Riverbed Paths and Benches: Walking paths and rest benches arranged inside the stream bed creating an open waterside setting.

Getting there

As a linear promenade, the representative southern entrance is Horikawa-Oike (the intersection of Horikawa and Oike Streets).
