Hotel Okura Kyoto's official wedding site offers a made-to-order proposal plan: the chapel is reserved privately for the couple, with a pre-meeting (in person or online), guidance staff on the day, lighting and BGM production, and a door-open presentation. The plan fee is 25,300 yen including tax and service charge, for parties of two or more, and reservations close 15 days in advance. It is offered year-round.
