The music hall of Kyoto Municipal Kyoto Horikawa Music High School in Nakagyo Ward has more than 300 seats, alongside lesson rooms and the Horikawa Oike Gallery. It opens to the public when school activities allow, two minutes from Nijojo-mae Station.
