Japanese Knife Shop HIRAI Knife Sharpening & Handle Fitting Workshop
Held at the Teramachi main store or the Gion store. Sharpen a knife of your choice (deba, santoku or yanagiba), fit a handle and take it home. 1.5–2 hours; up to 3 people, ages 12 and over. Book at least 1 day ahead. · Light plan ¥5,000 per person / all-inclusive plan ¥25,000 per person (tax included). Prepayment by credit card.
